  • PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

On-campus intensive training seminars are offered during weekends. The training can be completed in 12 hours over a period of two days. Seminars offered vary according the time of the year as well as to enrollment.

     Negotiation and Mediation

A very useful and effective training seminar teaching the problem solving method of mediation, this seminar is currently taught in our Florida Branch and will be offered in our San Jose head quarter in the near future. The seminar consists of 8 one and a half hour sessions which include both lectures and practice.

    Cultural Proficiency for Organizations

In a multicultural world, it is imperative to be able to move seamlessly from one culture to another and to integrate some aspects of each culture to your organization. This seminar prepares you to be more open to different world views as well as to be more attuned to important differences in both subjective and objective culture so as to use the symbolic meaning of certain objects of material culture to your own advantage.

    Advanced Training for K-12 Teaching

This seminar teaches cutting edge techniques in the field of education. It prepares teachers to deal with students with different learning styles as well as introduces them to modern teaching technology.

The Peer Jam'n Mediation and Negotiation Training Program is now being offered in Florida (USA).

The École Supérieure Internationale de Bruxelles (ÉSIB) IUHS offers the option of seeking a double degree with our partner University in Belgium.
